iCloud is a cloud
computing service designed and developed by Apple Inc. it stores the
videos, music, photos, files and much more and keep it secure, if you
have deleted any important file then you can recover the same from
the iCloud if you have done the backup before.
Sometimes the users
encounters the problem from the iCloud and due to this they are
unable to access its features. Some of the issues are listed below.
iCloud Not Working
On iPhone
- Make sure you have updated your device and using the current versions of iCloud.
- Make sure that you are logged in to iCloud with an Apple ID and Password, you can check the same by tapping on the “Menu” and from the same, tap on “System Preferences” and finally go to the iCloud. Now you can check your account setting, whether it is properly configured or not.
- If your iCloud is not updated, then go to the “Setting”, tap on iCloud and then tap on the iCloud Drive and check any update and also make sure it should be toggled on, so that if any update will be available, it will download automatically.
- Make sure that you are using the same iCloud on all the devices, and to check the same, go to the “Setting”, select 'iCloud' and from the same, check and verify the email displayed is same for all the devices. If you persist any issue, then contact to the iCloud Customer Service to get the assistance.
- Make sure you are not running out of low space in iCloud. You can check the available space in iCloud by clicking on the iCloud followed by the Setting and from the iCloud you can see the available space from the Storage Section.
- Make sure your cellular data is turned ON.
The Apple has
designed iCloud in such a way that users can get its services without
much interruption. Even if you encounters with the low space then you
can purchase the same as per your requirement.
